Autofilling job applications with the JobHakken extension

The desktop app finds and scores jobs; the extension is what actually fills the form when you've decided to apply. It works stand-alone (no desktop app required) or alongside it — both are covered here.
Install it
Get it from the Chrome Web Store listing. It runs on the usual job boards and ATS platforms — LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and several dozen more.
Set up your autofill profile
Open the extension's Options page and fill in the Personal section — name, contact info, links, plus work-authorization / salary-expectation / EEO fields if you want those pre-filled too (all optional, never submitted without you reviewing the form first). If you already use the desktop app, this profile can come from there instead — see "Link it to the desktop app" below, so you only enter it once.
Fill a form
On any supported application page, either click the extension icon or use the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+2 on Windows/Linux, ⌃2 on Mac) to autofill the current form. Field matching is deterministic — no AI key required for this part, and nothing about the page is sent anywhere. Review what's filled before you submit; JobHakken never submits an application for you.
Draft answers to open-ended questions (needs a key)
Screening questions that don't map to a profile field — "why do you want this role," short-answer prompts — can be AI-drafted instead of left blank. This uses your own AI key, entered in the extension's options (or pulled from the desktop app if you've linked the two — same key, same account, one place to manage it). Attach the right résumé automatically
If you use the desktop app's résumé library, link a job to a specific résumé there and the extension attaches that exact file when autofilling that application — not just whatever your active résumé happens to be. No link on a job, and it falls back to your default résumé.
Link it to the desktop app (optional)
Signing in once at app.jobhakken.com links your extension to the same account as the desktop app — profile fields, the linked-résumé behavior above, and your AI key all carry over automatically, so you're not maintaining two separate setups.
